The appartment was fantastic. Great beach and pool and extraordinary location on a quite area of the Palm. Appartment quite big and with all needed comfort as dish washer and washing machine. Nice view from the balcony to the sea. Little store at the entrance hall and parking place for our rental car. We had a great week there and would choose the appartment definetly again! Olga was great in answering all our questions on the same day.

As a former resident of Dubai for over 5 years and working in business development I consider Dubai my second home. Prior to booking I knew the residence and area well and could have selected any number of available units managed by others. In the future I will only go through Olga's management as they are responsive, gracious even accepting calls at midnight and on the weekends. The residence is brand new, fresh, great location and views and Dler like I never left home.
